Serviced Accommodation Pty Ltd is a boutique property management company which manages a small portfolio of properties that are owned by the company. Serviced Accommodation provides a cost effective solution for guests who are looking for a home away from home, which isn’t a hotel.

Why the small number of properties?
Serviced Accommodation only manages properties that are owned by the company. Whilst this limits the number of properties we manage, it ensures that we can provide first class service to our guests as well as ensuring our properties are always at their best standard.

Where are your properties?
Serviced Accommodation properties are all located in Sydney. All properties would be suitable for anyone requiring close proximity to Sydney’s CBD. The majority of our properties are within walking distance to Sydney’s CBD.

How long can I stay?
This depends on the property type and can vary from a minimum stay of 2 nights, 7 nights or 3 months.

What’s your rate?
Property rates vary depending on the type of property and length of stay. One thing that remains certain is that Serviced Accommodation properties are a cost effective solution for guests who are looking for a home away from home, which isn’t a hotel.

How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or EFT bank deposits or by cash.
Credit cards are required as a form of security.

How do we get to our property?
We will meet you at the property with the keys.

What facilities are included in the apartment?
All Serviced Accommodation properties are fully furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, Plasma & DVD and linen. Gas and/or electricity are included in the rental rate.

Is there internet?
Yes. Serviced Accommodation can provide a mobile broadband modem to customers requiring internet access. The modem simply plus into your computers USB port and requires a simple software installation. Once installed, you will have a mobile internet service (i.e. can be used anywhere you take your computer). That means you aren’t limited to just your hotel room but you could walk down to your local park and check your email whilst enjoying Sydney’s sunny weather. The mobile broadband internet service comes as an additional service at $5.50 per day.

Are the properties serviced?
If you want it to be. Whilst the majority of our customers choose to upkeep the property themselves, Services Accommodation can provide an in house cleaning service if required for those who are too busy to clean. In House Cleaning comes as an additional service and we can tailor the cleaning to suit your lifestyle and your budget. Just let us know what you wish and we will arrange this for you.
