Internet Access

Serviced Accommodation can provide a mobile broadband modem to customers requiring internet access. The modem simply plus into your computers USB port and requires a simple software installation. Once installed, you will have a mobile internet service (i.e. can be used anywhere you take your computer). That means you aren’t limited to just your hotel room but you could walk down to your local park and check your email whilst enjoying Sydney’s sunny weather. The mobile broadband internet service comes as an additional service at $5.50 per day.

In House Cleaning

Whilst the majority of our customers choose to upkeep the property themselves, Services Accommodation can provide an in house cleaning service if required for those who are too busy to clean. In House Cleaning comes as an additional service and we can tailor the cleaning to suit your lifestyle and your budget. Just let us know what you wish and we will arrange this for you.

Pay TV

All Serviced Accommodation properties come equipped with plasma televisions and Foxtel Pay TV (refer to www.foxtel.com.au). Tenant will be able to enjoy international news and documentaries, sports, movies, music, kids and family programs at their demand. Foxtel comes as a standard service with all Serviced Accommodation properties.

Pre-Paid Mobile

The majority of people today have their own mobile phone and services. However for those customers (e.g. international) wishing to have a local Australian mobile number, we recommend a pre paid mobile phone so you don’t have to rely on your otherwise expensive roaming service. A pre paid mobile phone is a simple alternative and the mobile phone can be recharged at numerous vendors around Sydney. If required, Serviced Accommodation Pty Ltd can arrange for a prepaid mobile phone.

Standard Property Inclusions

All properties come fully furnished, come with fully equipped and functioning kitchen, laundry facilities, entertainment facilities (e.g. Plasma TV, DVD player, stereo), and linen.

Utilities

Gas, electricity and water are all included in the rental rate for normal consumption. Excessive usage may result in additional services.
